When I met with Maddi & her momma at a coffee shop brainstorming floral things, I immediately was drawn to her sunshine personality and infectious smile. I fall in love with designs but I also fall in love with the incredible people I get to create for, and I knew I would hit it off with her right away!
She mentioned wanting a light blush + rosey palette, with a natural vibe. And that daisies were her favorite. From there I was off to the races! We chose wooden bowls as her vessels for the statement centerpieces, and I filled them with bright and happy blooms. On alternate tables we did eucalyptus greenery garland with prayer candles to mix up the look.
The Dana at Mission Bay made for a beautiful outdoor ceremony backdrop, and I loved working at Building 177 for Maddi’s reception at Liberty Station, such a bright and beautiful clean canvas for any design!
Of course my favorite piece ended up being her bouquet! She looked so lovely with it in her BHLDN gown and her delicate crown of daisies (and of course a matching crown for her sweet flower girl!)
So thankful I was able to do flowers for this extremely joyful, gracious, and loving couple & family, and am so happy for this special newlywed season for Maddi & Aiden!
Also thanks to my friend Erin of Oak & Amble for the arbor assistance and the extra pair of hands on the day!
